Qualifications:
Had experience at hospitality industry (1-8)
Minimum 2-4 years experience as DOSM & ADOSM (1&2)
Minimum 2-3 years experience as Sales Manager, Asst. Sales Manager (3&4)
Minimum 3-4 years experience as Finance Controller (5)
Mastering in monitoring, analyzing & interpreting financial accounting (5)
Mastering in manage budget and budgeting plan (5)
Familiar with system such as PMS, Opera, VHP, Room Key (1,2,3,4,5,6,8)
Attention to details (6)
Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing (7)
Computer literate (1-8)
Good command of English, both spoken and written(1-9)
Ability to work well under pressure
Positive attitude and pleasant personality
Able to work as a team as well as independently
Preopening experience is an advantage
Fresh Graduate are welcome (9)
