We are now inviting applicants for the position:
E-Commerce Executive for our head office in Kerobokan, Bali
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting Head of Sales and Marketing in online content management in various websites and managing inventory
- Managing and updating relevant social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) including latest campaign and offer
- Sending newsletter regularly
- Seeking online marketing opportunities
- Understanding current online market and find the best way to tab in into the market
- Creating good data based for travel agents and direct client
- Working together with Sales Department (meaning understand basic reservation flow/process, rate and season)
- Assisting Sales Department during busy season
- Handle customer service online (if any inquiry through social media)
- We prefer middle-age candidate with a good experience working in expat-owned and managed company: property management / or real estate / or hotel management
- Excellent both verbal and writing of English, especially in grammatical for written correspondence and content update.
- Excellent computer skills, HTML, Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Outlook)
- Able to work full time in the office
- Fast reaction and fast response
- Good team player
- Easy to talk
- Open minded, creative and energetic
