Vouk Hotel & Suites, a 4 stars luxury hotel located in Nusa Dua, is currently looking for Human Resources Manager.Requirement:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience working in similar role and organization
2. Have comprehensive knowledge of labour laws and hotel industry practices
3. Capable of handling payroll and BPJS
4. Have good link with Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker)
4. Able to multitask and work under pressure
5. Excellent communicator with strong leadership qualities
6. Have great negotiation and interpersonal skill
7. Open minded, well organized, team player and hard worker
8. Bachelor /Master degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent
9. Willing to be placed in Bali
