EXO Travel Indonesia is looking for Events Field Operation Staff to help handle our expanding business. We have clients from all over the world, however we specialize in European, US and Australian markets.
Successful candidates will have bright minds and be keen to learn about an exciting and rewarding segment of the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a field inspection for checking all the operation aspects of our product in Bali, as instructed by management.
• Create a product detail and operational report on each field inspection (including the itinerary with current & suggested route, exact timing, costing, full details of each sight visited and contact details – and alternative details if needed).
• Find some alternative suggestion for the existing product and new product on the way of the inspection either whilst on a field trip or as directed by management.
• Conduct the training for Operation team to ensure that all assignment to our guides are well explained and that product reports are added to the guide assignment.
• Ensure all Field inspections reports are advised to the Operations (to ensure the Guide has this document before running the program) and Product team.
• Arrange group training for Guides and train them with the validated product in the field with possible assistance of French Speaking staff for French Speaking Guide.
• Ensure Feedback forms from the Guide are collected and debrief with the Guide about the program and any issues or suggestions the guide may have.
• Assist Product department if needed for survey and preparation of new product.
• Assist strengthen the Operations Department by helping solve any problem encountered by client in the field, especially during high season and should coordinate with the Guide and/ or Driver or local supplier.
• Meet the client as necessary.
• Assist and work together with Operation team and Events (MICE) department to prepare the operation of an incentive as necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
• You will work approximately 3 days in the field and 2 days (3 days on rotating Saturday) in the office to ensure you are able to complete the Field reports.
• Mileage is to be reported daily via a logbook which will be issued to you at the commencement of your employment.
• All receipts for Petrol must be collected and submitted to Accounts department.

Qualifications:

• Local/Balinese is prefered
• Excellent speaking, reading and writing skills in English
• Computer-literate
• Experience in the travel industry minimum 1 year is preferred – Events/Operation related experience is an advantage
• Experience within an international environment, accustomed to delivering the highest level of customer service
