Responsibility:
- Recruiting process, analyzing employee turnover and retention
- Addressing employee matters and organizing work activities for a company.
- Preparing and coordinating any functions pertaining to employment, compensation, labor negotiations and employee relations.
- Plays an active role in formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management.
- Human Resources coordinators conduct a substantial amount of research, analysis and reporting in addition to daily tasks.
- Handling payroll, service charge, tipping, and the other benefits
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Familiar with government regulation.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Kayu Aya No 68.
- Middle up management level.
